P&A provided design and construction administration services for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems. Engineering services for the modification of existing systems and design of new systems was provided to support the food service function for this project.
Courtyard Marriot
We were retained by Stroop Design for the renovation of the Courtyard Marriot in New Haven, Connecticut. The Hotel is a seven story, 207 key Hotel, with amenities. The project included renovation of all Guest Room bathrooms, tub and shower conversions, ADA room modifications and adjustments, complete gut renovation of the Lobby and Fitness Center and Conference Room.
New York Athletic Club (NYAC) - Guest Room Renovations
187-key hotel and social club. Full guestroom renovations on the 14th -20th Floors inclusive of fan coil unit replacement, HVAC controls upgrade, lighting upgrades, bathroom renovations, sprinkler relocations, fire alarm device upgrades, and HVAC hydronic riser relocations.
