Full guestroom renovations on the 14th -20th Floors inclusive of fan coil unit replacement, HVAC controls upgrade, lighting upgrades, bathroom renovations, sprinkler relocations, fire alarm device upgrades, and HVAC hydronic riser relocations. Public toilet room renovations on the 10th Floor to support the dining and bar amenity spaces. Corridor ventilation system addition for the public spaces as well as guest room floors. Our office prepared permit filing/construction documents for these renovations following a full facility assessment of the building systems. Construction is being completed in multiple phases with completion planned for January 2024.
