We were retained by Stroop Design for the renovation of the Courtyard Marriot in New Haven,
Connecticut. The Hotel is a seven story, 207 key Hotel, with amenities. The project included renovation of all Guest Room bathrooms, tub and shower conversions, ADA room modifications and adjustments, complete gut renovation of the Lobby and Fitness Center and Conference Room. Our scope of work for associated MEP upgrades required three filing packages and design for phased
construction.
