A high-profile Financial Service Firm experienced a loss of emergency power during Generator Test and Maintenance Procedure.  P&A Consulting Engineers was called in to provide a Failure Analysis and Re-Commission the System.  We determined the causes of the failure and flaws in the operation.  The following was provided:
