Design Engineer of Record and Project Manager for the water-cooled chiller replacement at 99 Park Avenue. 99 Park Avenue is a 530,900 square foot mixed-use office building that is provided with an 800-ton electric chiller and 660-ton steam-driven chiller. This project is broken out into two (2) phases. Phase 1 consists of the design for the replacement of the existing 800-ton electric drive chiller with a new 1,000-ton electric drive chiller. Engineering design services for the replacement of the condenser water and chilled water pumps were also included. Phase 2 will include the replacement of the steam-driven chiller and associated pumps.

• Assist ownership in determining the proper method of removal and delivery of chillers to Sub-Cellar level.
• Design new electrical feeders and step-up transformer for new chiller equipment. Coordinate with ConEd for service determination.
• Pursue and receive various credits and rebates for Ownership from NYC and NYS agencies for the implementation of increased equipment efficiency and turn-down scheduling.
