A 5000 ampere, 480 volt, incoming Con Edison electrical service lateral and main service switch experienced a catastrophic failure during a rain storm on Memorial day 2021.
P&A Consulting Engineers was called on and provided the following services:

• Temporary Switch and temporary feeder design.
• Permanent Switch and permanent feeder design.
• Coordination with Con Edison.
• NYC Electrical Review Board Submission and approvals.
• Method-of-Procedure and construction administration services.
• Coordination and representation with Insurance companies.
