Design Engineer of Record for the tenant interior alteration and fit-out of the Brevan Howard office space at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. Brevan Howard is occupying 21,700 rentable square feet of a single floor. P&A provided design and construction administration services for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems. Space programming consisted of Open Trading Floor, Private Offices, Large and Small Conference Rooms, Storage/IT/Copy Rooms and multiple Wet Pantry/Café locations.

• Utilize existing base-building interior and perimeter air handling/ventilation systems to design new overhead VAV ductwork distribution.
• Design new 10-ton water-cooled packaged VAV AC unit for after-hours service and supplemental cooling at Conference and IT Equipment Rooms.
• Coordination of high level tenant security systems with base-building provider and Fire Alarm system.
• Design new high volume domestic electric hot water heaters for use at two (2) Coffee Bars and large Café space.
• Provide design input for base-building electrical infrastructure modifications necessary to support tenant demand loads.
