Patti & Anthes was successful in obtaining monetary incentives on behalf of the St. Tropez Condominium at 340 East 64th Street as a part of the Con Edison MultiFamily Energy Efficiency Program (MFEEP). P&A was retained as the design engineer of record and acted as the Participating Contractor for the MFEEP calculation and application process. The scope of work included the design and specification of five (5) variable frequency drives for existing hydronic HVAC pump systems, as well as the specification of pipe insulation within mechanical equipment rooms. P&A calculated that the resulting energy savings from these two measures will be 211,264 kWh (electricity) and 485 therms (natural gas).
