Two incoming Con Edison electrical service laterals experienced a fire and resulting failure in March of 2021, due to a fire and smoke condition in sidewalk transformer vaults.
P&A Consulting Engineers was called on and provided the following services:

• Assessment of damage and coordination with Electricians and Building Management.
• Coordination with Con Edison.
• Coordination and representation with Insurance companies.
